These Terms govern access to and use of KT Analytics, the internal social media analytics and management tool that Klantroef (“we”, “us”) operates at reports.klantroef.com. By using KT Analytics or connecting an account to it, you agree to these Terms.
Who may use KT Analytics
KT Analytics is for authorized Klantroef team members only. It is not offered to the public. You must be at least 18 years old and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity under your access, unless it results from our failure to protect the service.
Connected accounts
You may connect only Facebook Pages, Instagram accounts, and Threads profiles that you own or are authorized to manage. You must have any permission needed for the data you access and the actions you take.
You can disconnect an account at any time through Integrations. Some features may stop working if permissions are removed or if Meta changes its platforms.
Acceptable use
You must not:
- Use KT Analytics for unlawful, misleading, or unauthorized purposes
- Access an account or data you are not authorized to use
- Copy, scrape, reverse engineer, or disrupt the service
- Bypass security controls or usage limits
- Share access with anyone who is not authorized
- Use Meta data in a way that breaches these Terms, our Privacy Policy, or Meta’s terms and policies
Content and publishing
You are responsible for the posts, replies, and messages you create, schedule, approve, or send through KT Analytics. Check them before they are published or sent. You keep any rights you have in your content, and you allow us to process it only as needed to provide the service.
Meta data and privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data, including how to request deletion. We use data received from Meta only to provide and secure KT Analytics, and we delete it as described in that policy.
Meta does not sponsor or endorse KT Analytics. Facebook, Instagram, Threads, and Meta are trademarks of their respective owners.
Our rights
Klantroef owns KT Analytics and its software, design, and related intellectual property. We give you a limited, revocable right to use the tool for authorized Klantroef work. These Terms do not transfer any ownership to you.
Changes and suspension
We may change or discontinue KT Analytics at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these Terms, if your authorization ends, or if needed to protect the service, data, or other people.
Disclaimers
KT Analytics is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that third-party data will be complete or accurate. Check important reports and scheduled content before relying on them.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us to use KT Analytics in the one month before the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. You and Klantroef will first try to resolve any dispute through good-faith discussions for at least 30 days.
Any dispute that remains unresolved will be finally decided by arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat and venue of arbitration will be Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, and the arbitration will be conducted in English. Subject to this, the courts in Bengaluru have jurisdiction.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and change the date at the top. Continued use after an update means you accept the new Terms.
